Saboteadora is a work that aims to represent and support society, especially young people living with mental health issues. Saboteadora's story is based, in part, on personal experiences and told from a distant and safe place. The story is told with a sense of optimism, struggle, and hope. In a world where constant comparison, the unhealthy pursuit of unattainable standards of beauty, and hyper-productivity are mandatory, Saboteadora seeks to be a space of calm where we can stop and reflect on the importance of self-care.
Ríos María José studied Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Málaga.
